This compares management fees only and is not a quotation or guarantee of saving. Repairs remain the landlord's expense, but Landlord Lifeline arranges maintenance at cost rather than adding a percentage or handling fee.

How the maths works

Our assumptions, stated plainly

We would rather show our working than produce an impressive number you cannot check.

  1. 1

Annual rental income is your number of properties multiplied by the average monthly rent, multiplied by twelve.

  2. 2

Current agency fees are that annual income multiplied by the management fee percentage you entered.

  3. 3

The Landlord Lifeline total is twelve months of our fixed fee, from £100 per property, per month.

  4. 4

The saving is the difference between your current agency fees and the Landlord Lifeline total.

  5. 5

This excludes VAT treatment, tax relief, void periods and any tie-in or exit fees in your current agreement. It also excludes the value of the wider management service and maintenance arranged at cost.
